Where does the data come from? +
All data is pulled directly from public county court records, clerk of court systems, and official county databases. Sources include lis pendens filings, tax deed records, official records, and court case documents. This is 100% public record data — no third-party data vendors, no licensing restrictions.
How is this different from PropStream or BatchLeads? +
Those platforms estimate equity using AVM models. We extract actual financial data from the filed court documents — the real final judgment amount, the actual payoff, the lender named in the complaint, and every defendant listed in the case. That's the number you need to underwrite a deal. Estimates don't close deals. Real numbers do.
How often is the data updated? +
Data is pulled and delivered weekly. New filings are added each run. Your CSV is always current to within 7 days of the latest county court activity.
What format is the data delivered in? +
All plans receive a clean, organized CSV file delivered weekly. The columns are clearly labeled and designed to map easily to any CRM — GoHighLevel, REISimpli, Podio, or any other platform. Elite Bundle subscribers also receive direct delivery into their Create Away CRM sub-account on GHL.
Is it legal to use this data? +
Yes. All data is sourced from public court and county records — information filed with government agencies and available to any member of the public. You are responsible for using the data in compliance with applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and your state's contact regulations. Data is provided for lawful business purposes only and is not intended for FCRA-regulated uses such as credit, employment, or housing decisions.
What are surplus cases? +
When a property sells at tax deed or foreclosure auction for more than the amount owed, the excess funds are called surplus. These funds may be claimable by the former owner. Surplus cases are included in your data when present — they represent a separate opportunity channel many investors overlook entirely.
Can I add counties after I subscribe? +
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time to add counties. Founding member pricing is locked to the tier you start on — upgrades are prorated at founding rates while the founding period is open.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any plan type — monthly, quarterly, annual, or one-time. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of any amount already paid.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to amber@createaway.pro with your name, account email, and plan type. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days of receiving your written request.

State Expansion Terms: As Create Away Data expands to new counties and states, all existing subscribers maintain their current pricing tier. Access to new counties is determined by your plan tier. Founding member pricing and county priority apply across all current and future markets while the founding period is open.
